Without hesitation, he swooped down and caught the person, landing gently on the rooftop of a nearby building. The figure, a young girl with a determined look in her eyes, stumbled out of Tiny Thunder's grasp, her breath coming in ragged gasps.

"Who are you?" Tiny Thunder asked, his voice echoing with concern.

"I'm Lila," the girl replied, her voice trembling slightly. "I'm... I'm new here. I didn't mean to fall. I was just trying to find my way."

Tiny Thunder's heart softened. He had never seen someone so small and vulnerable looking up at him with such bravery. "You're safe now," he said, offering her a hand to help her up. "What's your name?"

"Lila," she repeated, taking his hand. "And you're... Tiny Thunder?"

"Yes," he said with a smile. "But you can call me Timmy."

As they sat on the rooftop, Timmy learned that Lila had come to Metropolis to escape her past. She had run away from home, hoping to start fresh and find her own path. Timmy listened intently, his eyes reflecting a deep empathy that was as rare as his superpowers.

"Thank you," the dog's owner said, appearing from around the corner. "You two saved my dog's life."

"Anytime," Timmy replied, his eyes meeting Lila's.
