Liu Li thought hard and realized the answer: "You are the tree, for you provide shelter, sustenance, and wisdom to all who seek it."

The Guardian nodded in approval. "You have passed the test. The crystal is yours to use for the good of the village."

With the lost crystal in hand, Liu Li returned to Qinglong, where the villagers were anxiously waiting. He revealed the crystal to the village elder, who blessed the gem and placed it in the village well. The drought lifted almost immediately, and the village was saved.

Liu Li had not only saved his village but also become a hero in the eyes of the people. The dragon egg, now empty, remained as a symbol of the friendship and bond that had formed between Liu Li and the 12th Guardian.
